TV show: Beyond

It started not long ago, there are only about 10 episodes out, but so far it looks good. I recommend it to those who like mystical TV shows similar to 4400, Fringe, Heroes, etc. The story briefly: A 13 year-old boy falls into a coma after a motorcycle accident and wakes up 12 years later. He is in a surprisingly good shape, recovers really quickly and becomes kind of famous because of that. Strange things start happening to him, he begins to remember/dream some things that he cannot explain. It turns out he is in danger and soon enough he remembers why. I don't want to spoil it, so I won't say more. Okay, maybe a few keywords: afterlife, abilities, sect, church, conspiracy theories. More info.

Food: Brazil nuts

I knew about this for a while, but I've only just tried it recently. It's really nice, it tastes kind of like almonds or walnuts. It's very crunchy, it's good by itself or you can use it in a lot of recipes. It has loads of health benefits: it's high in vitamin E, B, Omega-3, magnesium, selenium and it's also good for people who are sensitive to gluten. Many people think it helps prevent cancer. However, it's not recommended to consume more than 3-4 pieces a day, because of its high calorie-content, and because some of the things in it can be harmful in a bigger dose, such as selenium,  or radium. More info.
