Mini rollerball perfume
You can take this compact little perfume anywhere with you, it fits in your purse, you can customize the scent, it's a 100 % natural and of course it's a lot cheaper than a regular perfume. Thanks to the beneficial effects of the essential oils, you can make your perfume refreshing, awakening, soothing, or to work against headaches, stress, etc.
What you'll need:
- Mini rollerball containers
- Some type of base oil (almond, jojoba, wheat germ, grape seed, argan, etc.)
- Essential oils
- Mini funnel (optional)
Elkészítés:
- Choose a base oil, preferably one that doesn't have a dominant scent on it's own.
- Fill the rollerball container with the base oil almost to the top. Use a mini funnel if you have one!
- Choose your essential oils according to what scent and effect you want. Add a few drops to the base oil.
- When you're ready, put the rollerball applicator and the cap back on the container and shake it to combine the oils.
- You can also make a label for your perfume. Design it, print it out, stick it onto the container and cover it with contact-paper to make it waterproof.
- Two recipes that I made:
- Refreshing citrus perfume: Grape seed oil, 10 drops of orange essential oil, 10 drops of grapefruit essential oil, 5 drops of cubeba oil. Grapefruit oil is good against headaches and cubeba oil has a neurological strengthening, anti-stress and refreshing effect.
- Spring jasmine perfume: Almond oil, 20 drops of jasmine oil. Jasmine has a very nice, fresh floral scent, similar to lilacs, and it always reminds me of spring.
