Mexican wrap

Ingredients:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet
  • 500 g sliced champignon mushrooms
  • Taco seasoning
  • Salt, pepper
  • Guacamole
  • Corn
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • Grated cheese
  • Sour cream/greek yogurt
  • Tortilla wraps

How to make it:

  • Cut the chicken into cubes, season it with salt and pepper, then brown it on some oil.
  • Add the mushrooms and the taco seasoning, then cook for 10 minutes under a lid. In the meantime you can prepare the other ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Sprinkle some water on one side of the tortilla wraps and put them individually in the over for 1 minute (with the wet side up) to heat them up. Be careful not to burn them!
  • Assemble the wrap: Put some chicken in the middle, then sprinkle it with grated cheese. Put as much of the other ingredients as you like.
  • Fold the wrap: First fold the "bottom" up towards the middle, then fold the sides in. If it's coming apart, just stick a toothpick in it.
