Chinese cabbage wraps with honey and chili chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 0,5 kg chicken breast fillet
- salt
- black pepper
- chili pepper flakes
- honey
- chinese cabbage leaves
How to make it:
- Simmer the chopped onion and bell pepper on a little bit of oil, and add chili flakes to taste.
- Chop up the chicken to small cubes and season it with salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the vegetables and let it cook through (add some water if needed).
- Add some honey to thicken up the sauce and bring it to a boil.
- Wash the chinese cabbage leaves and fill them with the stew. Roll them up and secure them with toothpicks if needed.
- You can put this stew into different kinds of wraps (like tortillas) or you can serve it with rice or pasta too.
