Chinese cabbage wraps with honey and chili chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 0,5 kg chicken breast fillet
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • chili pepper flakes
  • honey
  • chinese cabbage leaves

How to make it:

  • Simmer the chopped onion and bell pepper on a little bit of oil, and add chili flakes to taste.
  • Chop up the chicken to small cubes and season it with salt and pepper.
  • Add the chicken to the vegetables and let it cook through (add some water if needed).
  • Add some honey to thicken up the sauce and bring it to a boil.
  • Wash the chinese cabbage leaves and fill them with the stew. Roll them up and secure them with toothpicks if needed.
  • You can put this stew into different kinds of wraps (like tortillas) or you can serve it with rice or pasta too.
