Tropical Granola

Ingredients:

  • 400 g oats
  • 100 g shredded coconut
  • 0,5 ts salt
  • 150 ml (ca. 0,5 cup) honey
  • 100 ml (ca. 0,3 cup) coconut oil
  • 80 g tropical dried fruit mix

How to make it:

  • Mix the oats, the coconut and the salt together in a bowl. Mix the honey with the coconut oil and then work everything together with your hand.
  • Spread the mixture in a thin layer onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper (you'll probably have to bake it in two portions).
  • Bake on 150 °C for 20 minutes, stirring it after 10 minutes.
  • Let it cool down, then mix in the dried fruits and put it in an airtight container.
  • It's great for breakfast with milk, yogurt, or fresh fruit!
