Tropical Granola
Ingredients:
- 400 g oats
- 100 g shredded coconut
- 0,5 ts salt
- 150 ml (ca. 0,5 cup) honey
- 100 ml (ca. 0,3 cup) coconut oil
- 80 g tropical dried fruit mix
How to make it:
- Mix the oats, the coconut and the salt together in a bowl. Mix the honey with the coconut oil and then work everything together with your hand.
- Spread the mixture in a thin layer onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper (you'll probably have to bake it in two portions).
- Bake on 150 °C for 20 minutes, stirring it after 10 minutes.
- Let it cool down, then mix in the dried fruits and put it in an airtight container.
- It's great for breakfast with milk, yogurt, or fresh fruit!
